Dear PLAYDAY families,

 

As always, your family's health and wellbeing along with that of our beloved play professionals continues to be of top priority. With that, we wanted to update you on a very important update to our community safety standards.

 

In accordance with Mayor's executive order, PLAYDAY will be following all New York City rules and regulations in order to keep everyone who enters our facility healthy and happy.

 

Beginning September 1, 2021, we will require all eligible staff and guests, including parents, caregivers, and extended family members, to have at least one (1) dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination.

 

Everyone, who is eligible, entering the building must show proof of vaccination by providing us with the following: 

• NYC COVID SAFE APP

• Excelsior Pass

• CDC Vaccination Record

• NYC Vaccination Record

• An official immunization record from outside NYC or the U.S.

 

 

We hope that this step forward will only strengthen our already stringent community We are here to answer any questions you may have and thank you for being such a valuable part of our community.

Participants, Families, and Visitors

Frequent hand-washing
Cover all coughs and sneezes
Please stay home if anyone in your household feels unwell.

Must answer NO to experiencing the following symptoms:

o Cough

o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

o Fever

o Chills

o Muscle pain

o Sore throat

o New loss of taste or smell

Staff

 

All PLAYDAY staff are required to be vaccinated or show a negative test before every shift.
All staff will wear masks at all times

Staff will remain home if feeling unwell.

Physical Premises

Deep cleaning daily with EPA approved disinfectants against COVID-19 performed daily at the end of each day
Hand sanitizer will be available for use in all communal areas including bathrooms, learning areas, front entrance.
Gloves and masks made available
Limited class size to ensure social distancing
Adequate supplies provided to minimize sharing of high-touch materials to the extent possible and all materials and supplies cleaned and disinfected between use.
